Willian Pacho was linked with a move to Liverpool earlier this summer, and according to The Independent, the Reds are still keen on a move for the Bundesliga star.

According to this report, Liverpool remain interested in signing Willian Pacho from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The ‘world class’ defender is apparently available for £50m this summer.
Pacho looks like one of the most promising young defenders in Europe at the moment, but with a pricetag of £50m, the defender won’t come cheaply.

Spending £50m on Willian Pacho would be a serious gamble.
The Ecuador international looks to be a prospect, but at this point, it’s hard to put any sorts of eggs in this basket.
He’s only had one season in a top five league, and while he looked brilliant in the Bundesliga last term, the sample size is way too small for a team like Liverpool to consider this move.
The Reds should be going for a more established defensive option.
A player like Marc Guehi has been linked with a move to Anfield for some time now, and he would be the perfect solution to the Reds’ current defensive issues.
Pacho has the potential to be a quality player for someone like Liverpool, but he would also be a serious gamble.
